The booking is confirmed once the payment has been made.
Unfortunately, no. We require all our fees to be paid using a bank transfer.
That depends on the specific nature tour. Generally, the price includes the equipment required (for example, snowshoes or a fatbike), the tour guide service and a drink and snacks.
In general, participating in our nature tours does not require extensive physical preparation. At the same time, the participant should be aware of their capabilities and health condition. Our tours have different levels of difficulty. We recommend to pick a tour that fits your physical condition. On e-fatbike tour the electric motor gives the necessary boost.
We welcome people of all ages. There is no upper age limit. The participant should be aware of their capabilities and health condition. The following question explains hiking with children.
We welcome children who are capable of completing the hiking trail in a tempo similar to the rest of the group. Children attending the tours must be accompanied by a parent or another adult. For more details, please contact the tour guide.
Hiking with your furry friend is fun but for safety reasons we ask you to leave them with a sitter during your fatbike tour or snowshoe hike. If you wish to bring your pet to a hike on foot, please contact the tour guide.
We send the participants detailed information about the tour beforehand. In general, it would be good if you could arrive at least 20 minutes before the starting time, so that we could start on time.
Our planned nature tours are generally last 2.5-3 hours. In case of customised tours, we can organise them with a duration that suits you the best.
Hiking clothing should be picked according to the weather forecast. Preferred is layered clothing so that you could remove or add layers as required. The choice of footwear should also be based on the weather. In general, the best choice is hiking boots. You can also wear rain boots to our bog hikes.
Enjoy! Waterproof clothing allows you to enjoy any kind of weather. Follow the weather forecast and dress accordingly.
It is best if you find a new owner for your ticket. However, if this fails, opting out:
- 5 or more weeks before the tour, 80% of the cost of the ticket will be reimbursed
- 3 or 4 weeks before the tour, 50% of the cost of the ticket will be reimbursed
- less than 3 weeks before the tour, the amount paid will not be refunded
If you have any questions regarding the tour contact the tour guide whose contact information you received in the confirmation e-mail.
- The Wanderlust.ee gift card can be purchased in different denominations in the amount of €25-100
- After the purchase the gift card will be sent to the e-mail address provided by the buyer.
- The gift card can be used to purchase public hiking tickets and other services.
- The gift card is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
- If the buyer is a consumer (and not a legal entity) the buyer has the right to withdraw from the Gift Card Sales Agreement within 14 days of purchase. For this please send a withdrawal request to the e-mail address [email protected].
