Outdoor activities are led by Wanderlust nature guides, while Smartful trainers facilitate the team training sessions.
Teamwork is like a hike – every step, decision, and relationship shapes the path toward the destination. Sometimes the trail is straightforward; other times it brings climbs, descents, and unexpected challenges. It is in these moments that a team’s strength, trust, and ability to move forward together are truly tested.
The experiential training program “The Journey to Effective Teamwork in Nature” combines practical training with the power of nature. Participants gain the opportunity to experience what it means to overcome obstacles together, support one another, and move forward with determination.
Experienced trainers and qualified nature guides take teams into nature, where theory and tools are reinforced through real-life experience. The program consists of several training sessions and follow-up exercises, where natural symbols – a trail, a mountain, a river, or a shelter – become powerful metaphors for learning and growth.

You can select a region that suits you best or ask us for recommendations. Options include both RMK hiking trails – managed by the Estonian State Forest Management Centre – and lesser-known routes.
