The unique light blue waters and white mountains make the Rummu quarry one of the most mystical summer destinations in Estonia. We think that a SUP trip is the second best way to discover this historic place after diving. We will take a tour on SUP boards on Rummu lake, which offers a view of old prison walls, underwater ruins and iconic mountains.

If time and weather permits, we will also climb the hill and enjoy the view. In the middle of the tour we will organise a picnic on the water.

This might be the most Instagrammable hike of the summer!

PS Participants must be able to carry a SUP board weighing 13 kg for 500m. Before the trip we warm up by pumping up the SUP boards.

Dress according to the weather. You can paddle on the board either barefoot or in sports shoes with non-slip soles. When choosing shoes and clothes, take into account that they may get wet. Bring a water bottle, extra pair of clothes and a towel and, if you wish, swimwear. If possible, bring a waterproof bag for your phone, car keys and documents. In sunny weather, don’t forget a hat and sunscreen!

We will meet at the parking area of Rummu quarry, about 45 minutes drive from Tallinn.

Exact directions will be sent to the participants no later than 24 hours before the tour.
