Forest cuisine workshop “Flavours of the forest”
“Flavours of the forest” is a special workshop where the participants prepare a plentiful meal in a natural setting – this adventure is aimed at your senses! Dishes are prepared under the guidance of renowned chefs and everyone gets a chance to contribute. We try to use as much local raw produce as possible. This means that the fish, game, fruits and vegetables have been chosen with care and from a provider as close as possible. The food is served on reusable dishes.
The service includes:
- tools required to participate in the workshop
- an experienced chef who instructs the participants and shares know-how on the food culture
- food and drinks from the menu you ordered
NB! You can also order a hike prior to the workshop. It can be a walking tour or a hike on snowshoes.
Locations:
What are the best locations for the “Flavours of the forest” workshop? State Forest Management Center campfire sites are the most suitable locations as they are already equipped with everything necessary. Upon an agreement with locals we can also provide the service in their home gardens and kitchens. We have some fun locations prepared for you!

Price and group sizes
The “Flavours of the forest” workshop is intended for a larger group, starting from 15 people. If you have a smaller group, please contact us. The menu prices are between 35€-55€ per person (price includes VAT).
Additional information
You wish to order food that does not contain lactose, gluten or other allergens? Maybe it is important for you that all ingredients are vegetarian? No problem! We can adjust the menu according to the preferences of the participants. Each event is special so please write us about your exact wishes to assure the best experience.
