Placing an order on the web page:
Services can be ordered by using the booking system on the web page of Wanderlust.ee. To place an order, you should select the required products and services and fill out the required fields. After this the payment amount (in euros) is displayed and you will be prompted to make a payment via a bank link.
The nature tour booking will take effect once the payment has been made. If the booked tour is unavailable, the customer will be notified and the amount paid will be refunded at the first opportunity but not later than 14 days after sending the notice.
In case of a successful booking, an automatic booking confirmation is sent to the e-mail address entered during the booking process. Should you not receive such e-mail, please contact the Wanderlust.ee team either by e-mail [email protected] or phone +372 5622 6502.
The bank link service is provided to Wanderlust Matkad OÜ by Maksekeskus AS.
Direct marketing and processing of personal data:
The company processes the personal data submitted by customers (name, phone number, address, e-mail etc) only for the purpose of processing orders and providing services. Wanderlust Matkad OÜ is the processor of personal data. Wanderlust OÜ transmits the data required for making payments to the processor Maksekeskus AS. The company will not transmit the personal data of customers to third parties.
Wanderlust.ee will send newsletters and offers on the e-mail address of a customer but only if the customer has agreed in the booking form to receive direct mail. The customer has the right to withdraw their consent to receive offers and newsletters on their e-mail address by notifying us of such a decision by e-mail or following the guidelines in the e-mail that includes the offers.
Terms of cancellation:
After receiving the confirmation, the customer has a right to cancel the order within 14 days but not later than 72 hours before the time of the booked nature tour. The right of withdrawal does not apply to customers who are legal persons.
Should you wish to cancel or change your order, please notify us in writing by sending an e-mail to [email protected] more than 72 hours before the booked event takes place. The booking can be moved to another date of a nature tour of equal value that is taking place not later than 1 (one) year from the initial date. If the customer requests a refund, Wanderlust Matkad OÜ will refund all fees paid by the customer immediately upon receiving the cancellation request but not later than 14 days after receiving the request.
Wanderlust Matkad OÜ has the right to refuse refunding any payments if the cancellation request of the customer does not comply with the terms of the right of withdrawal.

If the customer and the company are unable to solve the dispute by an agreement, the customer has the right to contact the Consumer Disputes Committee. The procedure for processing complaints and the application form is available here. The Consumer Disputes Committee has the authority to solve disputes arising from an agreement concluded between the customer and the web store. Customer complaints are reviewed free of charge. The customer also has the right to contact the European Union platform responsible for solving disputes.
